Here’s Snapp Market case study conceptual redesign that brought me into a challenge, cause this was my first design experience.

according to the problems that had been founded, I decided to provide a feature that users can choose their refundation process while paying their orders.

More user-centered

Also by considering users different location, “change destination” is available now, while delivery service is late or on the way.

Faster Support

on the other hand users are free to contact costumer service whenever they want or wherever they are
