Repare Mobile Application

Repare is a mobile application for checking in, and checking on, your instrument repair. After interviewing several possible user groups, completing several iterations of sketches, user flows and wireflows, I found some of the most important aspects of the repair process. These include customer service availability and genuine interaction, fair pricing & fast estimates, and offering free help when customers need it. During the design process, I placed emphasis on users being able to create an account to track their unique instrument repairs, while keeping the check-in process simple, and being able to find help either through videos and articles, or the online technician chat, when needed.
