Truck Parking Reservation In-App

I had the opportunity to update the Prime Parking™ experience for truck drivers looking to park at Pilot Flying J locations. This experience now lives in their myRewards Plus app with the goal of creating a more streamlined, frictionless experience.

This flow was brought to life over the course of a few months and several user testing sessions with drivers. Collaborating across several teams to elevate booking parking reservations with Pilot was a pleasure. I really enjoyed digging into data and insights to ground and direct the work.
