Ayraa: The Intelligent Enterprise OKR Platform
This entry won an iF Design Award 2023 for the UI category for its minimal appeal and differentiation in reducing cognitive load.
Where goal setting is seen as burdensome, productivity is bound to decline
Objectives and Key Results (OKR) is a framework for companies to align their quarterly goals with their most important priorities. Additionally, OKRs also play a crucial role in bringing a cultural and behavioral shift in organizations.
Existing enterprise OKR tools are often part of a bouquet of admin-management systems. They fail to meet user expectations due to their rigid functionality and outdated UI. This makes drafting the Objectives a complex task for employees who struggle to match them with their roles and responsibilities.
From the management perspective, tracking OKRs, documenting their progress, and creating reports are time-consuming tasks that leave considerable room for errors. It also makes managing the alignment of goals across teams nearly impossible, with collaboration and accountability becoming lost between the lines.
Transforming validated ideas into reality
Our minimalist OKR software was built on the concept of ‘less is more’ so the focus is just where it needs to be. Rather than having the user explore and wonder what they must do, the UI was built around guiding them to take the right actions.
