After working out, it's time for what is probably the most lavish of my three breakfasts. To sweeten the moment before sitting down to work, I have been designing my perfect smoothie after (a lot of) trial and error, here's THE perfect recipe: 1 plain #yogurt, 1 #glass of skimmed #milk, 1 €banana, 1 spoonful of protein powder and 1 teaspoon of 90% cocoa powder... blend on high and enjoy.The level of perfectionism on this recipe has reached the point that, in the #summer months, I freeze the banana in chunks beforehand and then... ta-da!... a magnificent frozen #milkshake!
