Real Estate Mailer

The client wanted to create a mailer that would showcase their homes for sale listed under $1M. 

My solution was to create a magazine type of collateral that would be mailed to prospective clients in this price range.  I also added branding ads throughout the magazine along with sections that included articles on home design and other home related content. A new magazine was created every quarter.

Shown here are some of the various types of pages and ads which were included in the mailer. I also created an online magazine version and uploaded to a digital publishing site where the realtors could send the link via an email or text message blast. Clicking on an image would lead to the listing page or the realtors website for that property.
