Mobile Banking App | UX/UI Study Case
Nexus Bank mobile app was my first UI/UX design project. I followed a path by applying UX rules in design. I used research-discovery, define, ideate, design and test phases in my design process.
First, I created the corporate identity of the bank and the application with the support of ChatGPT artificial intelligence tool. I did research on mobile banking applications and customer experiences from open sources. Then I organized the data I collected on Notion and made a planning. I visualized the collected data with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and prepared the analytics, persona and user flow.
Finally, in the light of the data, I made wireframe work with Adobe Illustrator and created the basic look of the application. Based on the wireframes, I completed the UI design with Figma.
The app prioritizes reliable and easy online banking transactions for users of all ages and income levels. Its design focuses on routine and frequent transactions and provides a customization.
