Ginee - On-Demand Service App
📱 This was an app redesign for a service on-demand app (similar to UrbanClap).
The business was very new and exploring a new market in India. They were looking to scale and needed to revamp the design so that it caters to its intended audience.
👌🏼My redesign helped the business reduce its churn rate.
I engaged with the stakeholders to understand the proposition of the business. Then from the meeting notes I translated the Value Proposition, the problem the App was trying to solve and the solution it's providing along with the gains and benefits of using the app.
I built a user persona to better empathize with the people. Started sketching out some rough ideas, then condensed them into wireframes.
After creating a simple style guide I turned the high-fidelity wireframes into crisp visual prototypes.
