Halfway - Branding

Halfway is an HRIS system. A software solution that maintains, manages, and processes detailed employee information and human resource-related policies and procedures. As an interactive information management system, Halfway standardizes human resources (HR) tasks and processes, making it easy to keep accurate records and reports.

Concept

The idea was to bring the sense of advancement, growth and process. Visually, I looked for something that resembled a graph like the ones users of the platform would see on the dashboard or a sine wave symbolizing a data transmission.

From the beginning, I wanted to convey the feeling that the symbol moves, that it is made to be active, alive. This comes from the brand positioning itself, from the idea that Halfway centralizes its accomplishments in helping people to be better at what they do.

"Far beyond the data" is about the journey these people take and how Halfway will be there to help. Therefore, a symbol that represents the trajectory, because Halfway proposes not only to point out the final destination, but to be with people during the journey there.
