Where all social media interactions get put into one inbox! There are a hell of a lot of features all crammed into this one layout so I had to think long and hard about placements for each and every button to make sure we made the most of the space available and kept it in line with the rest of the system. Consistency is very important to me as a UX designer since users will get used to certain layouts on both your SaaS product and others similar to it/others they use in their daily life. It makes it much easier for the user if we use techniques they will have seen elsewhere and know already subconsciously. I made sure to use that approach here.
