Social Media Content Management System
I completely re-worked Content management to make it more user friendly and to bring to UI more up to date. The new layout means clients have one place to house all their content management needs.
I combined all of the previous sections into one, which we subsequently renamed ‘Content Management’.
The new Content Management feature allows users to really drill down and pick out exactly what they’d like to monitor/manage by giving a choice of analysing individual items or the entire thread. We also break it down even further by allowing users to set up triggers for sensitive, high priority and crisis content. I integrated this with workflows in SoCrowd too, allowing users to make sure content is managed appropriately and efficiently.
In the first 5 months of the Content Management launch we had a 650% increase in the number of sensitive triggers set up and a 30% increase in content managed.
