This is the second part of the concept of a mobile application for a corporate task tracking and work planning system. In addition to the basic functions, we created a motivational system for each employee in the company to make interaction with the system more interesting and engaging.

On the dashboard, the manager can see the happiness index created based on feedback from employees. They can also see the status of current work tasks and have the opportunity to leave feedback for team members. In this way, he can react quickly to any changes in the team's mood and tasks.
