The design aims to streamline the booking and management process, reduce the time and effort required to complete bookings, and provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for users.

Key features of the UI/UX design will include an easy-to-use booking interface that allows customers to quickly and easily schedule return trips, as well as a real-time tracking feature that allows customers to monitor the status of their shipment in real-time.

The design will also include a messaging feature that enables customers to communicate directly with the company's logistics team, as well as a help center that provides users with access to resources and support to help them resolve any issues or concerns.
