The Challenge Faced :

After implementing customer-driven form creation features, we encountered challenges where PS spent significant time creating forms and addressing numerous change requests. This led us to empower customers to create their own forms, but it resulted in unforeseen issues and a surge in support tickets. To address these issues comprehensively, we've identified key usability issues within the product.
