Portfolio website - Wedding photographer
Hello Dribbble community!
Here is my Portfolio website for a wedding photographer. I hope you'll like it!
Problem:
Michael worked for a wedding agency for 2 years, but now he wants to freelance. He needs to gain new clients, but the new ones can not find any reviews or see his work on the internet. So the main problem is trust.
Solution:
Building trust in a relationship with his clients is very important because low trust could cost him his own business. That is why I added reviews from recent clients and awards to his portfolio. Now new potential clients can see not only what others say about him but also that he is four-time a UK wedding photographer of the year. For increasing the chance to gain new clients I also added pictures from his recent work because people want to see what it will look like if they decide to choose him as their wedding photographer.
Stages of my process:
1. Competitive analysis
2. Setting a style, color palette, and typography
3. Wireframing
4. Building a design system
5. High-fidelity designs
6. Prototyping
My designs are not random and that's why I used the 8-point grid as you can see below.
Special thanks to Michal Malewicz (Co-founder of HYPE4.com) for sharing his knowledge with the design community and creating the hierarchy stripes that helped me make design decisions.
Let me know your thoughts. Your feedback and appreciation are always welcome.
Thanks a lot :)
