Pop-Up/Overlay

As a UX/UI designer, I always strive to find solutions for real-world problems.

This weekend was no exception, as I spent it working on a UI Challenge - "Pop-Up / Overlay."

I wanted to empathize with users and understand their pain points. For this challenge, I focused on a banking application where the servers were undergoing maintenance. This led to a downtime that could frustrate users.

So, I came up with a solution to notify them through a pop-up.I realized that UX writing plays a vital role in solving this particular problem. I wrote the content in a way that would let users know what happened, the time constraints, and what they should do next.

The goal was to provide clear instructions that would help alleviate their frustration.

I'm proud of the solution I came up with, and I'm excited to share it with the UX/UI community.
