An editorial illustration, used as a header image for our “Word by Word” blog at Logos. This article asked the question “Is Easter a Pagan Holiday?”. My favorite detail is the contrast between the crown of thorns and the roman laurel wreath.

Our illustration style is all about shapes, diagramming, and a halftone/paper feel, so simplifying big concepts and putting these together is always a fun puzzle.
