Project Overview: Enhancing the User Experience of FitForge Gym Website

The objective of this project was to improve the user experience of FitForge gym website in order to increase customer engagement and conversion rate. Through a combination of user research, usability testing, and design improvements, we sought to identify pain points in the user journey and implement changes that would make the website more user-friendly, efficient, and visually appealing.
