Tia Health, an online healthcare service provider in Canada, is dedicated to enhancing healthcare accessibility for all. Through Tia Health, customers can easily book appointments with healthcare professionals for audio or video consultations.

To achieve a seamless and enjoyable appointment booking experience for end users, the client approached me to completely redesign their booking system, both in terms of its UX and UI. My contributions to the project included developing the conceptual model, designing the user experience, creating the interface design, producing illustrations and iconography, building a design system, and providing code and design support to developers.
