User Research
Background Research
To better understand the problem of managing customer data in the business world, we began our design process for Leadoma by conducting thorough background research. Specifically, we researched existing CRM plugins on WordPress to gain insight into their strengths and weaknesses.
Through our research, we identified several common pain points that users faced with these plugins, such as limited functionality, poor user experience, and inadequate data management capabilities. We also conducted user interviews and surveys to gain a deeper understanding of users’ needs and pain points.
