User was unable to figure out in total numbers of orders how many orders have Valid Mobile Number, Invalid Number, Blocked Number and No Number. But after that breakdown user also want to know the breakdown of each option.

Like how many number of order have valid mobile number, Total sales, Total order and Customer List.
