Sugar Free Besan Barfi

A sugar-free version of besan barfi can be made by substituting the sugar with a natural sweetener such as stevia, erythritol, xylitol, or jaggery. Some recipes also use dates or raisin puree to sweeten the barfi. Sugar-free besan barfi can also be made by using sugar-free sweeteners such as sugar-free condensed milk or sugar alternatives. The process of making sugar-free besan barfi is similar to regular besan barfi, with the only difference being in the sweetener used. The ingredients are cooked together in ghee, then shaped into desired shapes, and cooled. It can be garnished with nuts or dry fruits.
