Visitors will have the opportunity to marvel at masterpieces like Thamar by Alexandre Cabanel and immerse themselves in the colors, textures, and emotions of far-off lands. With contextual information and interactive activities, the exhibition also invites viewers to reflect on the cultural exchanges, power dynamics and stereotypes that underpin Orientalism.

We relied on the elegant beauty of the Giflika typeface, a choice drawn on by the traditional Arabic script and ornamentation, and a rich, Persian tapestry-inspired colour palette to emphasise the exoticism and artistic nature of the content.

The modern, elegant serif and the colour scheme were specifically chosen to reflect the distinctiveness of the freeform structure we aimed to explore in this project and to evoke feelings of cultural richness and artistic flair.

These components worked together to produce a visually arresting and captivating design that perfectly expressed our artistic intent.The use of clean lines also increased the design's overall sophistication while preserving a sense of simplicity.
