Piñata test rig

Using C4D 2023, I created a Cloth (dynamics) and MoGraph rig to create a piñata style object. The underlying shape can be anything, but I used a cube for simplicity when building the rig. A real piñata would use a layered fringed pieces of paper, rather than individual pieces of paper, but that's much harder to wrap procedurally onto any shape. With enough pieces the effect should be convincing enough.

Taking this rig and changing the model to just about anything is possible, although simplified shapes are ideal.

The paper pieces are Cloner elements so they can easily be colored by anything, including an image which I used for this variation. I generated an abstract image with Dalle 2, and used a cropped in part of that to create my color palette.
