Check out my latest work on a CRM dashboard concept. It had to include several Jobs To Be Done, namely:

Planning the workload of the department: on which days are there the most packages, and on which days are there the least?
Monitoring the integrity of shipments: which parcels are damaged and which are not?
Tracking shipments: where is the package headed and when will it arrive at the department?
Monitoring employee performance: what is the workload of each employee?
