Dental Clinic Website Design
Desktop version of the prepaid treatment credit system designed for a dental clinic. It allows patients to keep track of their treatments, prescriptions and appointments, also making it easier to book and reschedule appointments.
user flow | the working prototype is configured for an existing patient of the clinic, who logs into the patient portal of the website to reschedule an FMOP treatment appointment, add an extra sitting and book another appointment for it. All calendar dates are configured for the 16th, time slot 10am-12pm.
Mobile version of the appointment booking form. It breaks down a complex process with ID proof and COVID consents required by the clinic into a step-by-step process with easy back and forth navigation. It also allows users to add treatments to the appointment booking.
