This is construction management software and is easy to use. It includes all the tools you need to manage your sales, workers, and projects in one place: estimates, invoices, payment processing, schedules, time tracking, CRM / lead pipeline, job costing, tasks/todo’s, photo & file management, live maps, reports, revenue, and QuickBooks sync.

Hi There,

The month view is quite similar to the timeline view. It's like taking another step back and observing multiple timelines side by side. This way, we get a bird's-eye view of all active projects and what the laborers are working on. If we click on a specific day, we can see how much work is scheduled for that day.

Using this view, we can quickly reschedule tasks by dragging and dropping them to a different day or using the slide functionality to push everything out by a week or two. You might be curious about the color coding in the projects. The color coding is customizable and can be used to represent different project types, lead sources, or project managers. You can specify which colors represent different types of projects in the project details.

While you can filter by project types and managers, the color coding is a quick way to associate projects with different types or managers based on your internal rules.

In other words, switch to the monthly view to see an overview of the entire month. Clicking on any day will provide access to the same detailed information as in the regular view. When viewing a specific project, such as the bathroom remodel, you can slide the schedule back or forward using the sideways arrows to adjust the timeline if necessary.

The same information, including contact phone numbers, project manager or sales representative, and worker details, is available in the monthly view. But intentionally, we have moved these pieces of information to the (...) more button. So this page is more about the time blocks view since you can view these in the other views from the (timeline view).

Additionally, you can sort by the end date to clearly understand when your projects are starting and ending and filter by the project manager to see when they will be available to start their next job.

These are just a few different ways to view and manipulate the schedule in the system.
