Everything started with the problem.

Blackbird.AI, a technology company specializing in social media monitoring, needed a redesign of their web application. The company's management recognized that the current user interface was outdated and not user-friendly, leading to decreased customer satisfaction and lower sales.

What was my plan?

I began by researching the industry and competitors to understand the current design trends and best practices. I presented my findings to the stakeholders, outlining the areas for improvement and setting design goals.

Next, I conducted user interviews to understand the needs and pain points of the users. Through these interviews, I discovered that the current application was difficult to navigate, and the information was not presented in a clear and concise manner.

Based on the insights gathered from the user interviews, I created clickable prototypes for user testing sessions to get feedback on the design and identify any issues that needed to be addressed.

I worked iteratively, gathering feedback from users and making adjustments along the way. Through this iterative process, I was able to refine the design and create a more user-centered experience.

I developed an easy-to-maintain design system that ensured consistency throughout the application and made it easier for the development team to implement the design.

Once the design was finalized, I worked closely with the development team to ensure that the design was implemented correctly and met the design requirements.

I provided the development team with detailed design specifications and collaborated with them to ensure that the design was implemented as intended.

We held several meetings to ensure that the developers understood the design concepts and had everything they needed to develop the platform.

Throughout the development process, I remained involved and available to answer any questions and provide guidance as needed.
