This construction management software is easy to use. It includes all the tools you need to manage your sales, workers, and projects in one place: estimates, invoices, payment processing, schedules, time tracking, CRM / lead pipeline, job costing, tasks/todo’s, photo & file management, live maps, reports, revenue, and QuickBooks sync.

#User:

The system admin role is similar to a CEO of a construction company. They supervise multiple workers who are employed here. The available roles within the Software are project manager, estimator, worker, and other roles.

#Use case(s):

He can access the project schedules by clicking the Projects tab or Projects button in the navigation bar. The project schedule is a view of our scheduling feature and is linked with the project and task pages. Any changes to the project schedule will update the task and schedule pages accordingly.

There are three ways to view the project schedule: timeline view, month view, and Gantt view. The timeline view is a folder that holds all the scheduling items. In the Gantt view, you can see the start date, dependency arrow, and different tasks with different completion statuses. In the timeline view, he can see a high-level view of the project, including the sales representative, project manager, workers, customer name, project progress, and the last approved estimate.

He can quickly sort and filter the project schedules and, add or remove tasks, change orders, and comments.

The comment section is helpful for communicating with his team, and the gallery shows all the project photos with tags automatically added.

He can view financial details, cost breakdowns, and overall task progress quickly. He should also be able to call the person in charge of a specific project or task.
