"XYZ Corporation is a leading manufacturer of automotive parts with a global supply chain. The company has a long history of using traditional methods for training new employees, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice in a controlled environment. However, as the company has grown and the complexity of its manufacturing processes has increased, it has become increasingly challenging to provide new employees with the training they need to be successful in their roles. To address this challenge, XYZ Corporation turned to mixed reality as a way to provide more immersive and interactive training experiences for its new hires. By using mixed reality technology, the company was able to create a virtual factory environment that allowed new employees to practice operating machinery, assembling parts, and troubleshooting problems in a safe and controlled environment.
