This case study describes my process of creating a food delivery app for a restaurant from concept to the final design.

Problem

I saw that some people work all day. But at the end of the day they don't want to take the trouble of cooking. This is where the problem came from. There is no time to prepare food for office and family in the morning. If they want, they can easily order through our app.

Problem Solution

We are laughing at the solution that we have come up with. A customer can easily order any food through our app. They can easily payment by Bkash, Nagad and other Payment method Such as Paypal, MasterCard, VisaCard, Google wallet, and so more. They will easily get food when needed and at the right time.

This app will save their time and they will be able to buy their favorite food at the right time. They can cook and order like their home if they want. So that they will taste home food.

Four major pain points were identified from the foundational research phase :

• Language Barrier

• Accessibility

My Design Process

I chose to use the lean UX Design framework for this project. By letting the validation of hypotheses guide my work, I could ensure that I was creating a product that truly meets the needs of people.

User Persona

Based on the information gotten from the foundational research, I created a persona whose demographics, motivations, goals and frustrations represent the needs of the users.
