Only 46% Disenfranchised

A parody illustrating that Luxembourg continues to be made of 46% who are disenfranchised. The recent referendum said "No" to the concept of letting non-nationals participate in national elections.
You would not believe how much time I spent choosing the background: Transparent? White? Off-white? Cream? The opposite of the red in the color-wheel? Magnolia? PMS 7449U? In the end, random fiddling with the RGB sliders came out with this light-and-creamy-yellow.
This illustrator was started in Sketch, but the typography was not up to scratch (couldn't kern the L and Y nice and tight), so it was finished in Illustrator.
