Staying true to the brand’s beliefs and values

HIP Careers started with a mission to help professionals hit by the pandemic get back on their feet on their professional journeys. 

They put their values and philosophy at the core of their business, leveraging technology and data analytics as a competitive advantage in redefining recruitment and headhunting. 

These two components are vital to the branding of HIP Careers, so we made sure to create a balance between the two in creating the visual and verbal identity of the brand.
