💳 Twic - Onboarding benefits prototype
Mission
Twic is an employee benefits platform. It enables companies to create, manage and distribute benefit programs. Working closely with the product team and their customers we developed key features that helped grow theirplatform.
At its core, Twic is a fintech company. It handles digital wallets and transactions to guarantee that all parties follow regulations while taking a small portion of the profits through advantageous collaborations with selected vendors.
Prototype
Through our user research, we discovered that many employees and benefit managers lack knowledge of the benefits offered by their company. In response, we created an onboarding experience to educate people about these benefits.
We designed an onboarding experience to educate people about those benefits. The feedback we received from user testing was overwhelmingly positive.
