Banking platform - Interface Design

Developed in 2019, this interface design project aimed to simplify key user flows to increase platform usage while optimizing financial advisors' time so they could focus more on advising rather than customer service. The redesign was mainly focused on a specific sector of the bank but applied to all users. Since most of the customers are seniors, the experience was designed for desktop first.

Thanks to additional marketing and communication strategies, the platform was able to grow its active user base. Also, this project led to the establishment of a new team focused exclusively on further platform redesign.
