The Problem
The main problem that the customer was facing was the bad user experience in dealing with the packages.
This problem had a significant impact on the decrease in the number of conversions to the site, and thus fewer sales
The Process
In the beginning, I made a call to the client responsible for developing the site, and I understood some of the problems that the users were experiencing.
As usual, I conducted some research about competitors in the market and identified the problems that the site was suffering from. The problem in the first place was the bad user experience that was leading to users not completing the subscription process.
Therefore, I designed an initial draft for a presentation and discussed it with the client, and after more than one call, we reached a wonderful and easy user experience and a modern and elegant design that suits the aspirations of users at the present time.
