Day #004 of the #DailyUI Challenge

This is a different kind of a calculator that interests a lot of women who are stepping into a new stage of their life. I myself am one of these women at the time of posting this shot, so I'm happy to share with you my design idea for a simple app that calculates the gestational age of the long awaited baby.

The gestational age is calculated by selecting the date of your last menstrual cycle and the average length of each cycle.

The results include the age and a progress bar split into three parts (trimesters) between your last menstrual cycle and the expected due date for the baby to be born. There is also some information about the fetus' size and weight included, as well as what's beginning to develop at the current gestational week. These results can be shared outside of the calculator app.
