The Persona whose journey we are following is Paul, the supply manager. He was assigned a task to find the best night lens provider. In our template, we have listed all the possible stages that Paul is going through: awareness, research, sample test, order fulfillment, and retention.
We broke all the stages into substages to take a closer look at what’s happening on every stage. We came up with the possible goals that Paul is trying to archive on every stage and mentioned all other personas with whom Paul collaborates on his journey. We also listed the channels that Paul utilizes, and visualized his emotional graph, described problems, and offered potential solutions for them.
