Project Overview

A well-organised transportation system is one of the most crucial aspects of any developed or developing country. The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has served the general population of Kerala for more than eight decades. It is critical in strengthening the district's public transportation system.

The aim of the case study is to investigate the existing method of operation of KSRTC and its service, identify areas for improvement, and provide solutions that would improve the service provided by KSRTC, allowing the public to use the service more efficiently.

My Role

My role in this project involved background research, brainstorming solutions, visual design, and building wireframes and prototypes. This case study took approximately 45 days to complete.
