2020 House - Fall 2020

This project was created in the height of the pandemic. The goal was to create a home for a family with self-isolation, comfort, and the ability to work from home being the main design . The first floor is split off into three sections: work, leisure, and sleep. The second story is the "self-isolation" area where if someone became sick, they would still have a sleep, work, and relax. There are also two separate patios so the isolated person can still go outside. Finally, there is an outdoor space with a walking trail, pool/hot tub, riverfront, and outdoor theater.
