Address Autofill for EmailCongress

I'm building out a form for a service we're working on (EmailCongress) that lets you email your representatives in Congress. We're autofilling city & state fields for users. Fewer things to fill out means a quicker sign up process.

Fun fact: Every congressperson has a different contact form (a special snowflake for each of the 100 senators, 435 representatives, and 6 non-voting members). Ours is a single form that will let you bypass all that nonsense via glorious email.
