Background Black Design work

I downloaded this image from Unsplash.com, took it to Adobe Photoshop, selected the entire apple with its stem with the quick selection and lasso tool, and copied it to a new layer. Full black color on top. This is created by placing the same black layer between the background apple and the transparent background apple.
