Speculative graphic design

This design explores another option for an important state program. It plays with a highly monochromatic scheme that involves modern, understated backgrounds and deep tones for high contrast. A custom line art graphic underscores the aspect of community, to which this program is an important contributor, and turns this simple page into a richer, more bespoke artifact for the state.
