Zendin employee management app, manage employees attendance and monitoring all daily activities such as attendance (check in & check out), task and leave report.

Goals

User Friendly:

The app is easy to use, simple, and user-friendly. Users can navigate the app without encountering any problems.

Efficiency:

The app doesn't require much procedure for actions such as checking in, checking out, and requesting leave.

In-depth:

Everything related to attendance, tasks, and leave is in one app.

My Design Process

The process of building the Zendin Employee Management App was divided into different phases. I began by establishing a project base, then conducted desk research, and finally completed it by creating interfaces.

User Flow

Here, you can see the user flows designed for Zendin employee management. I use user flows as a communication tool to establish alignment among all project stakeholders before investing too much in the final user interface.

UI Design

With all the pieces in place, I finally iteratively designed the final UI, gathering feedback from the client at every step. It's worth noting that this step goes hand in hand with creating the design system, which is why I refer to it as an iterative process.
