Logo design for Shiftsol; an HR and Employee Management Software

Shiftsol is a cloud-based platform that helps businesses manage employee scheduling and shift assignments more efficiently. The platform allows managers to create and publish schedules, track employee availability and time-off requests, and make real-time changes as needed. Employees can access their schedules and request shift swaps or time off through the platform as well.

The primary objective of a logo is to effectively represent a company and its occupation. To achieve this target, a mind-mapping exercise was conducted using some key points of the company. The resulting design incorporates ties, which represent the target audience of the company - businesses, business owners, and employees. This element adds a corporate touch to the logo and reinforces the company's mission.

Additionally, the logo features a gear wheel, which symbolizes the scheduling of procedures and tasks. This element effectively communicates the software's service to its users. Overall, the design effectively captures the essence of the company and its offerings.
