Barcelonized
STEP 01. INTRODUCTION_
Barcelonized presents a challenge to the artists to create a stunning and unique piece with limited resources, providing at each artist the same set of 10 shapes. (with the limitations provided in STEP 03)
STEP 02. CREATE_
make a new document in your favorite vector program.
RGB colors.
minimum size: 1000px by 1000px.
create one (or more) artwork (landscape, character, ...) with only these 10 shapes.
STEP 03. RULES_
you can rotate, flip and duplicate the shapes.
the minimum authorised are 4 shapes (here, is just 4 examples), you are not obliged to use all the shapes.
you can scaling the shapes, only proportionally. No free transform.
the colors of shapes are illimited. No gradients, textures, filters or effects.
you can use fusion mode, transparency, group shapes and add background color (bg color for the final artwork).
STEP 04. SAVE_
save as an .jpg file (ai or pdf) - YOURNAME_barcelonized.jpg
STEP 05. SEND_
send your artwork(s) by email at artwork@barcelonized.net with your artist name, country and website (or LinkedIn, ...). or/and tag us on your Instagram account. Use the hashtag #barcelonized
your creations remain your property. They will not be sold or used for commercial purposes.
STEP 06. INSTAGRAM_
find your artwork(s) on our Instagram account.
STEP 07. GRACIAS_
