Richards Branding Co. - Round 1

I don't think I've ever struggled so much with a branding project. I scrapped most of my personal branding that I posted a while back. Using my middle initial wasn't going to work out, so I changed the name a bit. Here are some new options that I'm playing with.

I'm having a lot of trouble balancing the mark, the capital R, and the bottom text (branding co.) with each other. Any suggestions or feedback would be infinitely helpful!
