Redesign of inline help

Sometimes, little changes have a huge impact.

Previously, all inline help boxes in Checkmk had a yellow background, making them look like a warning message. Especially on setup pages with lots of help texts, the cognitive load was very high.

With changing the color and adding a blue „flag“ on the right side, we achieved a calm look that indicates informational content.

This change will be available with Checkmk 2.2.
