Empowering a safety first culture

Supported the implementation of a safety first culture for GSK employees, contractors and subcontractors. With a diverse and global workforces, GSK wanted to engage with everyone in understanding the safety behaviours required to keep everyone safe, with no exceptions.

The design of all safety and best practice tools was flexible to enable them to be used digitally or face to face, in teams or by individuals, onsite or working from home.
