They want to embolden employees to take ownership of their careers, develop actionable plans for success and continually build on their retail skills and experience.

The Ralph Lauren app contains all the resources retail teams (Sales Associates and Managers) need to progress – from onboarding through to understanding the unique selling culture at Ralph Lauren. The app enables employees to track the completion of their learning objectives, as well as build their knowledge of the Ralph Lauren Sales and Service Modes through interactive learning.
